Edited response: Since my initial reply to this issue I have gone back to review what it would take to add a history page. I had forgotten I had done a lot of initial work putting together the structure needed. Adding some final touches to the structure, then adding content, has resulted in a new history page. You can access it by clicking on the Dance/Dance History menu item. Or click here.

The Oak Dance website now has it's own mailing system. Mailings fall into different categories. One is to allow people to interact with all the others in a mail group. We call that mail list a discussion group. Yahoo previously gave us that functionality. Going forward, to send an email to the community discussion group, just send it to community@oakdance-mail.org People on the Oak Dance contact list will receive the message if they have the community discussion group enabled in their mail preferences. Mail preferences can be accessed from the My Account menu on the main menu bar. All previous Yahoo group users have been added to the Oak Dance contact list with the community discussion enabled. When a user who is not currently in the discussion group enables the discussion group in their mail preferences and clicks the Update button, they are sent an email with instructions on how to use the group.
